As Batam expands on an almost daily basis, the desire for different things to do brings new forms of entertainment. Those that have tried ice skating before will know what an immensely enjoyable experience it is.
This is a real ice rink made from a clever artificial surfacing that means you don't have to freeze whilst enjoying yourself and there's also no fear of cuts from the sharper genuine ice skates. The Avava Ice Rink is located on the 2nd floor at Avava Mall close by to Ramayana.
Charges are extremely reasonable at just RP 20,000 (around $2 SGD) for a 30 minute session on weekdays and RP 25,000 (around $2.5 SGD) on weekend. You'll need to bring some socks though in order to use the footwear but you can also buy some on site for just RP 5,000.
